In order to comply with the law and regulation, we are required to check that you're really you. This also helps us keep BitMeEx secure, fight fraud, and more. You will be asked to submit your personal details and upload a photo of your ID. We store this information in an encrypted form and it can only be accessed by BitMeEx’ employees for troubleshooting and internal purposes. After submitting your details for verification, we'll then quickly go over it and make sure everything looks good. This usually happens within 24 hours.

Yes, as Digital Assets live on the internet and are borderless, we offer access to the world of Digital Assets to all citizens of the world. However; it is your responsibility to follow the rules and laws in your country of residence or in the country from which you access this site and service.
At BitMeEx you can currently deposit via wire transfer only but you can also buy Digital Assets directly via Credit Card.
To place an order, first you need to get your account verified. To do this, head over to your profile page and click on *Verification*. After that, you'll be asked to upload a valid government ID along with a selfie containing the ID and a piece of paper bearing the text "BitMeEx" and today's date.

To avoid delays when verifying your account, make sure that your submitted documents are:
  • Visible in their entirety (all four corners of your document visible)

No. BitMeEx does not facilitate trades, we act as a portal between you and an aggregator of cryptocurrency liquidity. The Digital Asset you buy comes out of that liquidity pool.
BitMEEX.pro is a proprietary Digital Technology Commodities (Commodities developed on Distributed Ledger Technology Applications, such as Blockchain) e-commerce and Technology Company that enables its clients to buy, sell and secure Digital Technology Commodities.
You can visit BITMEEX and sign up for an account. After creating your account, you upload verification documents HERE. After your documents have been checked and approved, you can immediately start sending and receiving digital assets around the world. All users have access to BitMeEx wallet features.
  1. You start by depositing Fiat currency (AED, USD, EUR etc.) HERE.
  2. After selecting the type of currency and clicking “Proceed”, you will see the bank details to which you send your wire transfer / telegraphic transfer.
  3. We'll receive your payment usually within 3–5 business days, depending on weekends and banking hours.
  4. After we confirm the receipt of your payment, your funds balance is updated.
  5. You can immediately purchase any listed Digital Asset HERE in the Exchange section of BitMeEx at the exchange rate available.
No, unfortunately, we do not accept deposits from exchange houses. You can only send us payments from your personal bank account.
After initiating the wire transfer it usually takes up to 3-5 business days to be confirmed in our accounts.
In cases where the reference code was not included in the transaction and other rare cases, an investigation needs to be carried out which can take up to 15 days
Yes, you can sell any of the Digital Assets listed HERE on the BitMeEx platform. Just deposit the cryptocurrency HERE and exchange them into Fiat or other digital assets on the exchange page.
We hold most of the Digital Assets in cold wallets with multi-signature feature. In addition to that we recommend that our customers use 2-Factor Authentication to secure their accounts online. Our customers are prompted to enter a multi-digit authentication code any time they log in.
There are dynamic fees for sending out digital assets to another wallet based on transaction volumes on the network and are calculated by BitMeEx and added to your transactions. You can see our fee schedule HERE
